TERMS OF SERVICE

Bookings & Payments

  • All classes and events must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your spot or private event.

  • Full payment is due by the start of the event.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • No cancellations or reschedules are permitted unless you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your event.

  • Reschedules requested less than 48 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and payments will be forfeited.

Studio Policies

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you can complete your painting. Late arrivals may miss instruction time.

  • Hookah is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Disclaimers & Liability Waiver

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for your safety, personal enjoyment, or any outcomes of the event.

  • We do not guarantee that you will have fun, complete your artwork, or achieve any particular result from attending our events.

  • Painting involves materials that may stain clothing or belongings. Aprons are provided, but we are not responsible for any damage.

  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or loss of personal items.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • Guests may take home their finished artwork.

  • Class instruction and sample artwork are for personal enjoyment only and cannot be reproduced or sold commercially without written permission.

Policy Updates

  • We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
